Assyrian Food...
ChiptiHere's an Assyrian soup recipe that is sure to
warm you up on a cold day. Combine beef, green onion, green pepper, basil, paprika and egg. Form in to 3" balls.
Boil pirda in water in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat untill pirda is half cooked (about 7 minutes). Remove from heat and combine with meatballs. Fry the onion in butter in a deep frying pan, add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. cover and simmer for five minutes. Add pirda and meatballs, let simmer for five
